Degrouper Privacy Policy
Updated September 27, 2026 · Developer: Nathan Fennel
Information on your device
Degrouper saves the contact details you select, your groups, message drafts, attached photos, sending history, and preferences on your device. Nathan Fennel does not receive this information. Degrouper has no accounts, advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.
Contacts, photos, and sending
You choose which contacts and photos to add using Apple’s pickers. Degrouper does not upload your address book or photo library. When you choose to send, the selected recipients, message, and attachments are passed to Apple’s Messages or Mail composer. You review and approve each send. Apple, your carrier, email provider, and recipients handle sent messages under their own policies. Recipients in a subgroup receive the same conversation and may see each other’s addresses.
Retention and deletion
Groups and messages remain until you remove them in the app or delete the app. Swipe to delete a group or message; photos can be removed in the message’s Photos screen. Removing a group does not remove its saved recipients from existing drafts. Delete those drafts separately. Deleting a draft does not recall messages already sent through Messages or Mail. Your device backups may include app data according to your backup settings.
Support and changes
If you contact the developer, the information you provide will be used to respond to your request. This policy may be updated when the app’s practices change; the date above identifies the current version.
