Privacy Policy

Fendoku · Effective date: July 22, 2026

Summary

Fendoku has no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs. Your campaign progress, stats, settings, and custom themes are stored on your device and, if you have iCloud enabled, synced through your own private iCloud database, which we cannot read. Fendoku otherwise runs fully offline — puzzles are generated on-device and nothing else touches the network.

Who we are

Fendoku is made by Nathan Fennel. Contact: support@100apps.studio.

What we collect

Nothing. We do not collect, receive, sell, or share any personal data. There is no account to create and no identifier assigned to you. The app contains no analytics, telemetry, attribution, advertising, or crash-reporting services of any kind.

What stays on your device (and in your iCloud)

  • Campaign, Daily, and Zen progress. Level stars and times, daily-challenge completions and streaks, and hint/booster usage are stored on your device. If you are signed in to iCloud, these sync between your devices through your private CloudKit database. That database belongs to your Apple Account; we have no access to it and receive nothing from it. Signing out of iCloud stops sync; the app keeps working locally.
  • Themes and settings. Your unlocked and custom themes, and preferences like haptics, timer display, and color vibrance, are saved locally and synced the same way.
  • On-device diagnostics. Fendoku uses Apple's built-in MetricKit to capture crash, hang, and performance reports. These are written to a diagnostics folder inside the app's own storage on your device only — Fendoku does not upload them anywhere, and there is no analytics SDK receiving them.

Deleting the app removes the local data. To also remove synced data from iCloud, delete the app's data under Settings › iCloud on your device — it is your database, under your control.

Permissions

Fendoku requests no permissions. It does not use the camera, microphone, photo library, contacts, location, or notifications.

Children

Fendoku is suitable for all ages and is not directed at children specifically. We do not knowingly collect information from children, or from anyone else — we collect nothing from any user.

Your rights

Privacy laws such as the GDPR and CCPA give you rights to access, correct, or delete the personal data a company holds about you. We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to return or erase. Your puzzle data lives on your devices and in your own iCloud account, both under your control.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes it will be updated here with a new effective date. If a future version of the app ever collects anything, this policy will say so plainly before that version ships.
