Hyperlink Notebook privacy policy
Updated September 27, 2026. Developer: Nathan Fennel.
Your notebooks
The app saves notebook titles, links, descriptions, and preferences on your device. When iCloud is available, it syncs notebook data through your Apple Account using Apple iCloud services. Local notebooks do not require a separate app account. Nathan Fennel does not receive the contents of your private iCloud notebooks.
Websites and discovery
Opening links or fetching their previews contacts the linked websites. Those services receive normal connection information, including your IP address, and handle it under their own policies. When the Discover feature is available, browsing and search terms are sent to the app community service hosted by Supabase to retrieve published notebooks. Browsing does not publish your private notebooks.
Sharing and deletion
You choose what to export or send through the system share sheet. Deleting a notebook in the app removes it from the library and syncs that deletion when iCloud is available. Deleting only the app does not necessarily delete iCloud copies, backups, or files you exported. Manage those copies through iCloud settings or their saved locations.
Advertising and tracking
The app does not include advertising or tracking SDKs. Network providers may process operational connection logs to deliver and secure their services.
Support and changes
If you contact the developer, the information you provide is used to respond to your request. This policy will be updated when the app's practices change.
