Mouse Out privacy policy

Game data
Mouse Out stores game preferences, saved match history and generated maze caches on your device. Match history includes a local record identifier, date, player seat colors, scores, winner color and player count. Play takes place on the device. This release uses local storage without app-managed iCloud synchronization. The app does not send this information to Nathan Fennel and has no app account, advertising, or in-app analytics SDK.
Character library
Mouse Out includes 100 original character images for offline play. When a connection is available, the app checks a public catalog for additional characters and downloads images as you browse or select them. Verified images and your selected characters are saved on your device. The app does not upload your game history, scores, player preferences or saved character assignments. Image requests identify the image file being downloaded; they do not include the player seat or a saved selection record.
Catalog requests use HTTPS through nathanfennel.com, hosted by Vercel. Character images are delivered through Amazon Web Services CloudFront. Hosting providers receive ordinary connection information, including your IP address and the requested file, to deliver content, maintain the service and protect their systems. Vercel retains request records and uses IP addresses for security; its published privacy practices also describe city and country inferred from IP addresses. We have not enabled CloudFront access logs or S3 bucket access logs for character delivery. Hosting providers also handle connection information under their service and security privacy practices. The app does not add an account identifier, advertising identifier, cookies, analytics SDK or tracking service to these requests.
Your choices
You can change game preferences in the app and view recent saved results in the Match Log. Sounds follow the selected theme. Use your operating system storage tools to remove local app data. Backups may retain data according to your backup settings.

Privacy and support links open the corresponding website. Those websites receive ordinary web connection information and follow their published website privacy practices.
Support and changes
If you contact the developer, the information you provide is used to respond to your request. This policy will be updated when the app's practices change.
