Privacy Policy

Nevernote

Effective Date: May 16, 2026

Introduction

We built Nevernote because sometimes you just need a place to write things down. Privacy is a core part of that promise: your notes are yours, period. This policy is intentionally short because there is genuinely nothing complicated to explain.

Data Collection

Nevernote collects zero data. That includes:

  • No personal information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
  • No usage data or analytics
  • No content from your notes
  • No device identifiers or crash reports

Everything you write stays entirely on your device. Nothing is transmitted anywhere, ever.

Third-Party Services

Nevernote uses no third-party SDKs, frameworks, analytics tools, advertising networks, or tracking services of any kind. There is no code in the app that communicates with any external server.

Children's Privacy

Because Nevernote collects no data whatsoever, it is safe for users of all ages. There is nothing to collect, share, or sell, regardless of who is using the app.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Given the nature of the app, we do not anticipate any changes.
