QR-Fusion privacy

Updated September 27, 2026. QR-Fusion is made by Nathan Fennel.

Your QR codes and images

The app stores the website links, titles, descriptions, selected images, and QR designs you create on your device. QR generation and image blending happen on your device. The app does not require its own account and does not include advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.

iCloud

If iCloud is available and enabled for this app, your saved items can sync through Apple's CloudKit service using your Apple Account. Apple handles that storage under its privacy policy and your iCloud settings. The developer does not operate a server to receive your QR codes or photos.

Photos and sharing

You choose which photo to import. Saving an image requests permission to add it to Photos. Sharing sends the image and any included title or description to the app or recipient you select. Those services apply their own privacy practices.

Websites and older sample images

Opening a website from a QR code contacts that website through Apple's browser view. Items created by older app versions may reference sample images hosted by other websites. Loading those images contacts the image provider, which receives standard request information such as your IP address. New installations do not add or download these sample items automatically.

Deleting data

Use Delete in an item's detail screen to remove it. Deletions can sync through iCloud. Copies exported to Photos, files, other apps, or device backups must be removed separately using those services.
