bratify privacy policy

Designs and iCloud
Your design text, colors, fonts, filters, imported images, editing history, and preferences are stored on your device. When iCloud Drive is available, designs, editing-history files, and imported images can also be stored in the app's private iCloud container. Apple handles that storage through your Apple Account. The developer does not receive your private designs through this feature. A local mirror preserves designs if cloud saving fails; the app reports a cloud-save failure so you can retry.
Photo imports
The system photo picker gives the app only the photos you select. Version 3.3 removes the website image importer.
Web imports in older versions
Older versions that include the website image importer, such as version 3.2, let you enter an HTTPS website. That importer loads the page in a web view, runs its JavaScript, and requests its page resources and image previews before downloading a selected image. The chosen website and its resource or image hosts can receive your IP address, requested URLs, and ordinary browser or session information. The web view uses persistent website storage, so cookies and other site data may remain between visits. This is not private or anonymous browsing; the websites' own privacy and retention policies apply. The app does not substitute another host when your entered address fails.
Rendering and sharing
Design rendering happens on your device. Exporting or sharing sends the rendered image or video to the app or destination you choose. Use imported material only when you have the necessary rights; the app does not grant a license to arbitrary web images. The app has no developer account, advertising, or developer-operated analytics service.
Retention and deletion
You can delete designs in the gallery. The app retains the identifiers of deleted designs to prevent older synced copies from reappearing in this version. These identifiers contain no design text or images. Editing history for a deleted design is removed after saving succeeds, including cloud publication when cloud storage is configured; a failed save can leave that history for retry. Imported image files are stored separately and are not automatically erased when a design is deleted. Older app versions, other devices, exports, iCloud files, and backups can retain copies. Manage those copies through the relevant device, iCloud storage, export destination, or backup controls. Deleting a design is not a request to erase data held by websites you visited.
Support and changes
If you contact the developer, the information you provide is used to respond to your request. This policy will be updated when the app's practices change.
